Canning

Picked up in Keremeos at the fruit stands: 125 lbs tomatoes, 50 lbs Roma tomatoes, 55 cobs corn, 50 lbs peaches, 50 lbs pears, 25 lbs onions, sweet and hot peppers, 10 lbs carrots....woot!

Next year I'm going to grow all this myself!
