Gotta' love Pinterest!
I wanted to have a small purse/bag to carry my cards, cellphone and keys. Don't always need the big bag. Wanted to make something simple and use what's in my stash, like ties. Pinterest to the rescue!
Needed 2 ties. Lay them side by side to the depth you want. Folded in half mine is approx. 9"
Topstitch the center, fold in half and topstitch the outside
Cut the ends of ties to the length you want. Mine is approx. 25" sew together and voila!
This took me approx. 20 min to complete including choosing which ties to use!
