Catching up

I have been neglectful yet once again, but not unproductive!

Fish stock

Salmon





Yuna and Ilka picked the green grapes. Seedless and soooo tasty!


We froze most of them




....and some juiced with the Concord grapes




Ilka loves this job!




Juice and sugarless jam with about 1/2 cup of applesauce added



Sauerkraut made from the cabbage
Beans flash froze and vacuum sealed



Fermenting dill pickles in fridge


5 lbs here!


Slow roasted at 300 for about 4 hrs. Then in the blender. Added tomato paste for sauce.
