Danish Liverwurst

I have always loved Hanne's liverwurst and never got her recipe. Discovered this one on Pinterest and utube https://youtu.be/kR6vp8kukM8  and it was a huge hit!


Anchovies (3)

Pork or chicken liver 1 lb

Pork fat 10 oz - used fresh back bacon

1 Onion roughly chopped


Blend in blender


Then add


2 Eggs

1/4 tsp Allspice

2 tsp Salt

1 tsp pepper


Blend

 

Pour into a bowl and add 

1/4 cup whip cream

1/4 cup flour


Mix together and pour into a loaf pan

Lay 3 strips of bacon on top


Bake 60-70 min at 350°
